SUCTION UNIT
The suction unit is a side channel blower, with direct coupling between the motor and the impeller fan.
It designed without any transmission system, and is therefore silent, totally maintenance free and suitable for continuous duty operations.
COLLECTION UNIT
The solid material (chips, metal scraps and fillings) sets down an hopper- which is placed upon a collection tank- and then stopped inside a metal grid.
A practical reducer allows to tilt the hopper and to easily discharge the solid material, whereas the clean liquid sets down in the underlying tank.
The hopper includes a sieve grid which separates solids and liquids, whereas the container for liquids includes a hose and a discharge valve.
Thanks to the reverse flow system, the hose and the discharge valve allow to insert the filtred liquid again in the system.
FILTER UNIT
A propylene filter for liquids is installed upstream.
This filter guarantees the efficient filtration of the vacuumed oil; an additional plastic foam filter prevents most of the liquid mist from getting to the motor.
A metal sieve grid withholds the solid material, while the clean oil goes into the liquids container.
